🌟 Competitive SJ Pony for Sale – For a Confident Junior🌟

Meet Clipsy – our eye-catching pinto mare (Welsh/Quarter Horse), rising 12 years old, and ready to take a bold young rider to the next level. Standing out both in looks and performance, Clipsy is a competitive show jumper with serious potential.

Clipsy thrives on consistent work and is an easy keeper, making her a great partner for a motivated rider.

She is currently competing up to 80cm, and has qualified for the QLD State Interschool Championships at 70cm, 80cm, and 80cm Combined Training. She’s tackled nearly all the EV60 and EV80 cross country jumps at Fig Tree Pocket with ease and could absolutely shine as a tidy little eventer with the right rider – we just haven’t had the time to explore that path.

Below 80cm, Clipsy is a straightforward, point-and-shoot ride – fun, forgiving, and responsive. At 80cm and up, she still loves her job but does require a competent and balanced rider to get the best from her. She has previously competed up to 90cm and would step back up with a confident jockey.

While jumping is her clear passion, Clipsy can put together a neat, correct dressage test when needed – she’s proven herself in Combined Training and prelim dressage – although flatwork definitely isn’t her favorite part of the job.

Clipsy lives for the jump-off – agile, clever, and quick on her feet. She’s best suited to a confident, competitive junior who likes to go fast, ride sharp turns, and doesn’t mind a bit of spice. She can get excited entering the ring, so she benefits from a calm rider who can help her settle and focus.

She’s great on trails and roads, attends pony club regularly, floats like a dream, and is easy to take away.

This is a super fun, competitive pony with loads of personality and ability. Not for a beginner, but absolutely ideal for a confident junior rider who wants to win, give most things a crack, and have fun doing it.
