11yr old Thoroughbred Bay mare
Approx 16hh but quite chunky

Lana has been with her current owner for the past 4 years (and strapped her on the track so has known her for many years). In that time She’s been to the beach (loves the water) the forest, trail riding on roads ,a clinic at drifting sands horsemanship and 1 hack show. She has a lovely soft snaffle mouth and responds exceptionally to the leg and seat. She can even be ridden in a halter or on the buckle. She has been minimally jumped and is still green but loved it. 
Has excellent ground manners and is generally a sweet horse to be around once she knows and trusts you.

Incredibly good to float and truck - self loads. She is shod only fronts to be able to trail ride her on hard ground however has been barefoot and is completely sound on softer ground. She is a very good doer, is fat off of hay. Can be marey when in season towards other mares but nothing dangerous and is manageable. 

I think she would benefit from a gentle, patient rider who wants a lovely, safe horse to do a bit of everything with and ultimately, a horse to enjoy and love! Equally would be a great farm horse, therapy horse or trail rider. 

Lana can be slightly spooky at genuinely scary things however not at all dangerous but due to this, she is not for beginners. She has been ridden by beginners and nervous riders but under supervision.
