Maybe Shes Born With It, Maybe Its Maybelline!

Presenting Four Winds Maybelline. “Maybelle” is a stunning and eye catching 7yo mare by Holstein Park Lord Liberty (Lander) out mare from a long line of well known/bred sires who need no introduction including Anamour, Aachen, Aachimedes & Daktylus. Maybelle has 3 absolutely delightful and ground covering paces to ride under saddle, including huge potential for FEI movements like piaffe/passage).

Maybelle was started lightly at 3 yrs old and had 60 days under saddle before being turned out for 12 months to be allowed time to grow and mature before being brought back into work as a 4 year old. Over the last 3 years she has been developed slowly and around June 2024 was beginning to learn half pass, canter piroettes, beginning to build on the foundations for flying lead changes, has been lightly jumped upto 85cm with absolute ease and showed a keen interest in liberty work such as running to a mark (standing on the bridge in my case)

She has competed a few times at PRARG recieving a 66.5% in her first Novice test with all training being completed by myself, as an Amateur rider. Since June 2024 she has been spelled as I was in a motorcycle accident. She has had a few rides between January 2025 and now (trails and light schooling) but I have struggled to return to riding after my accident.

She is not a marey mare, but can be a sensitive and busy minded horse. She has an abundance of try and really benefits from being in consistent work, which I am unable to provide her at this time. She has be ridden on trails solo or with other horses (has hard feet and will tolerate hard ground just not chunky rocks), opens gates, drags logs, has been clipped, stands for the farrier (though she has always been barefoot), wears scootboots, can be ridden western or english, floats, taught to hard tie, will walk beside a vehicle, can be ponied, had road/adventure/dirt bikes ridden around her, as well as tractors and lawn mowers and has no issues with worming other than the face she makes looks like you gave her a sour warhead.

She is AWHA Registerable and I have all paperwork required for her to be registered. I had intended to complete her resitration and get her classified this year but my change in circumstances means financially it hasn't been viable. My loss is your gain, I would love to see her going to a home and being brought to her full potential. Price negotiable to the right home.
