Sweet welsh pony - lease or buy

Registered (WPCSA) 9yo 13.2 welsh b mare. Flossy is a beautiful pony looking for a loving home. She was broken in later in life having had a foal earlier on. Whilst she hasn't done a lot under saddle she has plenty of potential with her kind willing nature. She has been trail ridden and has done some arena work. She is still green so will need a knowledgeable home to further her education. I would also be open to leasing her but home has to be perfect. She is also a great companion.
